The marinade for the chicken came from Allrecipes.
Note from months in the future: I really love this marinade recipe; if there’s the right amount of honey in it, the whole apartment smells like cooking honey for hours, and the chicken comes out delicious and moist. This has become one of my standards to repeat again and again.
