Meals today:
- Cajun Scrambled Eggs with Onion & Tomato & Pepperjack Cheese (at Jack’s Fifth Avenue)
- 2 hot dogs, each wrapped in a slice of turkey bacon, with mustard
- bite-sized bits of leftover turkey pan-fried in a little butter
- hot sausage, broken up and fried, then mixed with dujon mustard and mayo
The ones I made aren’t really attractive enough to take pictures of, especially now that the sink’s broken again and the only dishes I can use are paper towels. But they’ve been decent no-carb snack-like meals.
The eggs were the closest thing to an acceptable meal I could find for brunch this morning. Summary: this diet is very depressing if you ever want to go out to eat.
